LEAP DAY!!

After a good warm up- This workout is designed to be constant movement, start out at a steady pace and hold on to it the whole time! It's going to get uncomfortable, embrace it and keep going!

10 rounds for time
4 Burpees
6 KB Swings
8 Wall Ball
