A. Dead Lift @ 60% 1RM- 2 reps x 10 EMOM focus on speed off the ground, NOT TnG
B. Ring Push Ups @ 30X0; max reps x 4 sets; 60 sec
+
Run 400m @ 90%; rest 60 sec x 4
