Mitchell, paleo challenge winner, lifts 305# after losing a total of 25lbs!

This week we will be doing some bench mark testing.
First up is the CrossFit Total
Find 1 Rep Max on the following:
Back Squat
Shoulder Press
Dead Lift
-no more than 10 minutes on each lift
-perfect form, no rounded backs

    That was awesome! I could go on and on about the philosophies he spoke about and the passion and desire to achieve and not settle for mediocrity. I ran my first marathon at 30 because I wanted to prove the people at work that it was not "all down hill" from there. I fully believe in what Will Smith was saying. Somewhere along the way, we lose that sense of ambition and passion to dream that we had when were kids, and I think its sad. Having a dream gives the heart and spirit hope, and its that hope that feeds off faith. We just have to believe.
