    Pull ups = 6, 3, 4, 2, 11, 8, 6, 8
    Push ups = 15, 10, 9, 9, 9, 6, 6, 7
    Sit ups = 15, 13, 12, 13, 10, 11, 12, 11
    KB Swings = 8, 11, 9, 10, 9, 10, 10, 7

    Gross = 48, 71, 97, 74

  2. Weighted Pull ups: 52lbsx5 reps, 105lbs x 1 rep, 125lbs x 1 rep, 140lbs x 1 rep (chin to bar, couldn't get it over)
    Butterfly pull ups 1x45
    6 rounds tabata dead lift w/ 135
