Strength work
A. Over Head Squat @ 32X2; 5 x 5; rest 2 min
B. Squat Snatch- Build to heavy single (10 min or less)
C. Ring Push Ups @ 32X2 (add weight if possible)- 4 x max reps (no more than 10); rest 2 min
