Warm Up-
5 rounds:
10 Double Unders (No substitute, it's time to learn them!)
10 sec Hand Stand hold in most difficult position (rings, paralletes, free standing, etc.)

WOD-
5 rounds for time:
10 pull ups
25 box jumps

    Had to do step ups instead of "tire" jumps...hurt my back!
