Samson Stretch
Hand Stand Hold 30 seconds (or overhead bar hold)
10 Squat therapy squats
10 Power Cleans with Bar

    Total 660

    New PR for Dead lift... But i am 20Lbs under my Press PR, and i only matched my PR from 2 months ago for back squats... Strange.
