Warm-Up
3 rounds
20 Double Unders
10 sit ups
10 squat jumps

WOD........
Fight Gone Bad
Wall Ball, 20lb ball-10 ft target
Sumo Dead Lift High Pull 75lbs/55lbs
Box Jumps, 20 in box
Push Press, 75lbs/55lbs
Row for Cal

Spend 1 minute at each station then rest 1 minute and repeat for 3 rounds
Score is your total number of reps
