20 rep Back Squat, add 5# to last time
+
4 min amrap
7 wall ball
7 push ups
rest 1 min and repeat
*as soon as you finish second 4 min amrap take off on a 400m run as fast as possible!

  1. I'm thankful for blessings. I say that because all the things I listed are summed up as blessings. As I get older, I realize that I am thankful, not for material things, but for those I have been blessed to know and love.

  2. Amen to that. Fellowship pretty much sums it up for my list of thanks. God has blessed me with incredible community from family, girlfriend, clients/friends.
